Main reason for choosing Novotel Bahrain Al Dana Resort: Facilities
The view and the beach
(a) Firstly, the room was dirty and dusty upon our arrival
(b) the bathroom as full of 'black' flies and these contained to be there for 3 days
(c) the TV remote control stopped working
(d) the balcony door in the bedroom would not lock
(e) the bedroom bed light dimmer was broken
(f) the bedroom radio didn't work properly it only played 1 radio station
(g) the mini fridge didn't cool properly
(h) the white net balcony curtains hadn't been washed and smelt very bad
(i) there was only 1 remote control for 2 TV's
