Explorers Hotel

Very clean and neat. Rooms were smaller than expected especially for families. There were 5 adults and 2 kids in my party and there was very little space for the kids to get around in in the room.

Nice, still too much American, please have more English speaking staff.

We arrived at the hotel and stood at the deserted check in desk for 10 minutes. Finally, when a woman came out, she snarled at me in French. I told her my French was basic and she demanded my credit card in English. I showed her my internet booking confirmation showing the amount payable. She wrote another amount on a piece of paper and I asked her to explain why it was more than the amount I had been quoted. She ignored me and again demanded my credit card. My husband asked her not to speak to me so rudely and she turned and walked away from the desk, slamming the door behind her. After about ten minutes,another staff member came over and told us that we had to pay a different amount again, more than the one I had been quoted on the website but less than her colleague had demanded a few moments ago. Only because we had no means of leaving the hotel with all our bags and a jetlagged, exhausted three year old, I paid the amount demanded up front for three nights.

It is a good place for children amussement; very confortable for family acomodation and good transport facilities close to Disney Park.

Good hotel, the water of the swimmingpool was a little bit cold

A large hotel close to Disneyland. 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by free shuttle. Excellent for families with young children.

THERE WAS THREE FEMALE ADULTS AND TWO TEENAGE GIRLS WE SHARED A CREW ROOM FOR 6 IT WAS FINE FOR A 3 NIGHT STAY I WOULD HATE TO THINK I HAD TO STAY IN THE ROOM WITH SMALL CHILDREN IT WAS A BIT SMALL BUT FOR US IT WAS FINE I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO COME BACK OR RECOMEND IT TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS

We had a very plesent stay.
