Shuttle service was brilliant, breakfast was very good for "continental" style.
Room was tired and in need of some urgent maintenance (room 2009). For example the ladders on the bunk bed needed re-fixing to the main frame. The safety bar fixed to the exterior of the window also needed re-fixing. In the bathroom it was evident that at some point there had been a leak which had penetrated the tiled floor leaving it squelchy and slippy to walk on. Also thought this was quite unhygenic for guests.

I liked the quad room , its best utilized , also the cleaness of the hotel and overall its convenient.
Some of the staff like the receptioniest lady and the restaurant waiter need to have some hospitality and communication skills in order to reach the maximum level of customer satisfaction.
