Choose the convenience of restaurants and bars, as the appetite you have. Both the café and bar El Caballo, with very good service, change of food and good prices. We have been customers for many years, every time we need staying at Madrid, for reasons of flight connections.

The reason your score for Price/quality is 1 is because I feel a bit angry with you. I have stayed at your Hotel many times before. Your WEBPAGE does NOT make it clear that If I reserve and Pat with a debit card there is No charge. If I reserve and /or pay with a DEBIT card then your costs for using a CREDIT card is 3% with a minimum payment of 25.97 euros. This is missleading and I would ask you to consider re-imberasing 23.89 Euros to the account from which the money was paid. That figure is your minimum commission less 3% of the cost of the room (63.31.)I understand you have to pay the credit card company a commission. I will await your reply before considering what further action to take. Times are financially difficult for all and there are other hotels near Madrid Airport. Close to the airport, wich it was very important for me.

Time of waiting for the navette to pick us up at the airport to go to the hotel. We stayed two nights, but they forgot to activate the electronic door key for the second night. That night we returned late and since we were at the 6 floor, I found it very anoying the need to go to reception to activate the key, and wait in line for 5 minutes (they had late arrivals) when the only thing that I wanted is to go to sleep.

The location to the airport was really helpful and all of the amenities at the hotel – such as the multiple restaurants in the hotel – were extremely helpful so that we didn't have to leave the hotel. Also, the shuttle in the morning to the airport was was a very helpful amenity too.

The shuttle to the airport didn't have enough storage room – both my suitcase and my carry-on had to go on the actual shuttle with us, which there wasn't very much room for either of them. Everyone sitting down was a tad bit cramped.

Hotel Tryp Diana is located near all other hotels to the airport in Madrid and for optimum delivery of its guests to any terminal, in practice, at any convenient for you.

Very convenient for the airport.

Condition of rooms very shabby.
