The hotel offered an airport shuttle service, the reason for booking at this hotel. They cancelled the shuttle to pick us up although for 2 hours they kept saying it was on it's way. Totally unacceptable. It was 0C and freezing and 5 clients were left standing, waiting, including a child. For this reason alone I would not recommend this hotel. Obviously some clients are more important than others.

I has gotten no room for my hotel bill from the mission statement for my company because I have posted on your agency. The bill I get from you I was told. Is that so??

Convenient location closed to Madrid Airport. Clean room. Free shuttle from airport was a definite plus.

Too many surcharges.

We found the staff very helpful.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We chose this hotel because of their van service to the airport, a great convenience.

I thought it was very interesting for an international hotel that when we arrived (we had been traveling all day and were hungry) there was no food (cafe or restaurant or even bar) service until 2030h. We wanted a light breakfast, there was no option for this. The only option was a buffett for 15 euros a person which I thought even for a buffett was a little expensive. We had to walk 3 blocks and had a light breakfast for 2 for 8 euros. We had a problem with the television and asked 4 different employees for assistance, they all responded that there was nothing they could do including the front desk. I finally asked if they had a technician that could assist us, they made a call and said he would come right up to the room, no one ever came.

It is not located close to any metro stations
