Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport, an IHG Hotel

Everything was fine except the pillows, very flat, not very clean and no extra pillows in the wardrobe! Also handy the park and fly!

My experience at this hotel was very poor, I first paid 349 Euro for a club floor room with privledges that included free internet although the internet did not work in my room, the mirror fell off the bathroom floor, the shower was so small, the staff were rude. The shuttle did not work during the time I arrived at the airport and no taxi would take me the 2 minute journey to the hotel, finally the hotel rang for a taxi for me which cost a whopping 10 euro for a 2 minute journey which I of course had to pay. The room did not have appropriate tea making facilities, the club room breakfast was poor and not in line with other hotels I have stayed in. I am frequent traveller and I will never stay in this hotel again. regards, Phill
