Frienedly staff who were willing ti help should you need it.
There was a really gas smell in the bathroom in the first room we had been allocated, reception were so helpful they moved us into another room.
A coach was parked right outside of the main door in the early hours of the morning when we were trying to get the luggage into a taxi to take us to the airport,the driver was not with the coach and even the receptionist was annoyed as he could not see anything.Surely the coach should not have full access to All of the parking space in the front of the hotel? Other guests had no way of getting their luggage out to the taxis without difficulty.

We spent 3 weeks in Europe. (Paris, Switzerland, London) and out of all the hotels we stayed in Ibis London Luton Airport did not have any faults. It was easy to get it by bus from the luten station. check was easy room was great bed was good food was good best breakfast for the a great price. and over all price of our room was the cheapest we paid for all of hotels and was surprisingly the best so i was extremely happy Thanks heaps keep up your great work

I LIKE THE PRICE , ITS PROXIMITY TO THE AIRPORT, ITS FRIENDLY WELCOMING STAFF. THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND HAVE ALL THE REQUIRMENMENTS i NEED FOR A SHORT STAY.

The closeness of the Airport
Yes, the airport is close, but to get there it is necessary to walk or get a taxi. To walk with heavy cases up hill is not good, especially for those who are not as young as they used to be. A service for a small charge, much less than a taxi, could be implimented with a booking system and strict timings.

The convenience of the situation close tpo the airport.
To get to the airport you have to walk, which for me is not a problem, but some holiday makers are not so good at walking especially up hill. The alternative is to take a taxi. Organised transport would be welcomed by all.
