I liked the silence at night no banging of doors.

I thought the room was a little too small. The restaurant very expensive for microwaved meals.

Very nice ladies and gentleman at the reception, very welcoming and helpfull best thing about this hotel is it´s location (walking distance) from the airport wake up call was exactly at 3 am exactly as I wanted really liked your ´´pressing room´´ beautifully pressed bed sheets

My pillows were missing protectors, shower gel dispenser was totally empty, there was a huge cobweb in the corner of the window and also dirty black stains on the right top side of the window, every single top part of of the curtains was coming off so it did not look right, I had a problem with my remote control not all of the buttons were working, even though I was given WIFI code I could not get on line at all as it did not work I could not even enter the code...the bedroom is missing a bin in my opinion, bit an issue with the hangers 5 plastic triangle hangers and 1 plastic trouser hanger which I found really odd, it should be 3 of each simply not an odd number it looked like you ran out or something, you have some issues with cleanliness, especially high and low dust also corridors would need some attention especially wooden stripes along them, the toilet rolls were really messy touching the floor there is a way how to put them nicely and it takes 1 second, if you open the toilet and take a step back you will see some not very pleasent picture!!! It needs time to time a very good scrub with a sponge brush will not do it there was a really proper ´´build up´´, but a good hotel to stay for a short period, think you definetely have got understaffed HSK or lack of supervision in housekeeping department!!!

Since I visit the hotel very frequently I always feel welcome and always receive the same great service

It was very close to the airport terminal. Just a 5 minute walk. The room and the bathroom were clean and warm. The bed was a good size and very comfortable.

The curtains in the room were broken and not easy to pull shut.

Everything was good. Lovely meal in the evening very resonable too.

Everything worked very well. The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable and clean.

The receptionist was exceptionally helpful in sorting out a mistake I made with my booking.

Close to the airport

Having to pay an extra £5 for parking. Small rooms.
