Everything except counter staff, either very busy or just have don't care attitude.
Should provide at least a kettle for warm water due to the winter conditions.

Feel like a 4 stars ++ facilities. The facility is newly renovated and is very nice and clean. The buffet breakfast is much better than most five stars hotel. Highly recommend!! Highly value for money.
The elevator system was not matches with the traffic and size of the hotel. lack of hotel amenities, such as using a packet shampoo/soap. I'd rather prefer a small bottles of each or a large dispenser system in the shower.

Kindness of all staff
1. no slippers and a marble floor all around
2. very noisy ( railway noise, noise from transformation station ( i think ) in the garden, noisy air conditioning..)
