I THINK THAT IS THE BEST OF LOURDES.
THE CHARTER OF THE RESTAURANT IN THE PAST YEAR WAS WRITTEN IN SPANISH, THIS YEAR WE HAVE DELETED AND CREATE A PROBLEM TO THE CHOICE OF DISHES.

Location is great for access to the town and to the Sanctuary with a nice walk and view.
I don't think it is 4 star hotel, maybe 3 stars but not more. There was no mini bar in the room, at least an empty fridge wouold have been useful to keep bottled water or other food in the room if needed. The bathroom seemed clean but had abad smell of urine which was very unpleasant.

Staff very pleasant and most with excellent English rooms nice size which was unusual for French hotel. Good decor and very clean.
AS I was travelling with my Mum who is 86 we would like to have dined in the hotel every evening but found the menu a bit rich for her. So maybe some plainer options for fussy eaters!

The entire experience was wonderful from the moment i made the booking till the time we left.
Staff were polite, helpful,warm and friendly.
The location was perfect!
Hand on heart i have no complaints what so ever...!
Perhaps breakfast could have been a little more organised/more staff however, given that everything else was so good, there is really no reason to complain ...
