After his week of vacation this hotel continues to provide excellent service to a hotel for three stars. And only thing I have to say was that on arrival the room had a smell of tobacco despite the room not being ready and arranged fumadores.Reclamei- me another room and apologized for the situation.

The hotel although not on the beach is centrally located to meet other people, and towels changed daily (apparently before it would be every two days), the quadruple room is very large, the breakfast buffet is huge and is very well, they restore everything before it runs out, the lunch and dinner for the price they better not have much variety (1 km. there are two restaurants that are very good quality and price are called Marrufo 1 and 2 (have the same service and same price but one is always full) The hotel offers free shuttle to take you to the beach.

The safety notices in the hotel are in Portuguese, English. French and German. The Spanish language in the menu and just like that in most Portuguese hotels. Spanish is the 2nd language with # muundo. people who speak it and 1. with #. of countries whose official language is Castilian (spoken by 69 countries). I will establish an online petition to the Spanish did not go to hotels in Portugal where the Spanish language is not listed Greetings.

The rooms were quite large and generally clean. The hotel's location was not all good, as was far from the beach. Little variety in the buffet, and moreover, we served them. In addition, the buffet was until 21:30, which I thought was pretty early. If you are looking for a very very quiet hotel, this is ideal. In summary, at value for money is pretty good, always depends on what you look for.

The hotel was quiet it was for us the greatest advantage away the noise. Fortunately, we like steps (walk) along a bad road pavements, have a daily journey made by 3A4 km only to sea. With great caution along the road! The food is so bad dinner, morning is always the same, we had no luck again on 11 nights with 5 days rest the rain clouds. It is handy that the hotel runs a free shuttle bus to the town.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We went half board and the food was fine and kept us going and overall was worth the money. The breakfast was usually not very warm, the baked beans, scrambled egg etc., and they were always running out and took time to refill, but on the whole not bad. The double bedroom we had was located at the far end of the hotel (good exercise until we found it shorter to go through one of the fire escape doors as we were on the ground floor). One main concern was the bedding. The sheets hadnt been changed when we arrived and we only realised when we went to bed that night, ugh, and the blankets (of which there are two) and the bed overthrow, and pillows smelt sweaty, which wasnt very nice to say the least, and we feel that they should change all the bedding when guests move out, not just the sheets. The pillows are small, but we could have asked for more. The bar and pool were fine, but a shortage of sunbeds, and people still chuck their towels on them to reserve before breakfast! The surroundings were kept very clean and the gardens are lovely. The people on our holiday made it, met some great people, had a good laugh. The Portuguese Elvis worked his rocks off for three hours and the Karaoke was a good laugh. There is a hotel minibus that takes you into Quarteira and Vilamora three times a day which is free, but the poor driver often had to make three trips. Apparently they have two buses starting as we left on the l5th May, these are free. Taxis range from 5 euros to Quarteira and 8 - 9 euros to Vilamora and can be ordered from the Hotel reception, and there are plenty in the centres. We hired a car for three days whilst we were there but would hire before we go next time - yes we would go there again. Vera and Fernanda on reception very helpful and friendly.
