The hotel was lovely and staff very nice and i would stay in the hotel again.
On sunday evening myself and my son had a meal which was delicious compliments to the chef, but the breakfast next morning was not nice. We went down for breakfast after 9 o clock and the sausages and rashers were old, the scrambled eggs were watery my impression was the food had been sitting in the banburies for hours.

Very friendly staff at reception, really helpful and cheery. Hotel was clean and bright and well kept. there was on-site parking. the location was convenient to the river and down-town (3.5 pounds taxi ride), though if it were within walking distance, that would have been an extra plus. we were a party of 4 and everyone was pleased with the hotel. would certainly stay there again if visiting Derry.
Nothing negative to say about our stay at the hotel.

Hotel bien situé avec parking attenant. Possibilité de se restaurer(excellent) et de boire une bonne bière irlandaise au comptoir. Petit déjeuner copieux.
Séjour parfait.
La douche dans la baignoire n'est pas pratique et la télé hors du temps. même pas TV monde.

The night club can be over bearing. Also the disposing of bottles at night is extremely noisy, I did hear others complain about this .

The hotel is very pleasant and friendly,
We had a table booked for dinner at 9pm we still didn't have our dinner at 10pm. Although we got apology and complimentary drink, i was disappointed as we had planned to meet friends down the street but due to the delay in our food it was too late to meet them as they had children and needed to get the children to bed.

Not much, staff rude, not helpful, DJ on Saturday night shook the building to the bone and the staff did not care.
