Very cheap single room but it maybe was because there was a school holiday and there was a conference hotel. Nice and clean rooms with kettle, hair dryers, irons, large TV and comfortable bed. The only thing missing was the AC because it was hot.

Breakfast was very expensive but I did not take it but went out and had breakfast.

The bed was far too hard for my liking! Also the room safe did not function properly, and the radiator was broken (although the room was quite warm enough so that did not matter)

Concierge staff was very helpful.

At check in was sent to a double room and not a deluxe double as booked. This took 2 days to finally get rectified. The first night of check in my wife and I were told to look harder for room safe. Manager never contacted us to apologize. First room was also too cold and had to get space heater to bring up to a comfortable temperature. The wardrobe doors were broken and did not slide open. It took three days for maintenance to respond to the slow draining sink in our second room. Maid services had to be asked three times to provide two towels for our room instead of one. When upgraded the safe in our room did not work. Had problems connecting with BT Openzone in our room. Was constantly disconnected and BT Openzone was not able to help. They said it was a problem due to overlapping BT zones. This hotel is not within walking distance of any attractions as alluded to on your web site. This was business trip. I will recommend to my employer to not book me in the future at this hotel again.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the concierges

The price for breakfast was ridiculous. Especially when you look at the quality of the breakfast and the service at breakfast. The mattress creaked as bad as you turn the bathroom door was not completely open, no air conditioning and put a spring in my mattress (ouch!)
