Location too far out of the subway station to go 1.5 km road to get to. Very convenient for carrying luggage. Have to ride the bus to get to the bus station. City of London is far away.

Large, clean rooms. Good links to central London. Cozy lobby with wi-fi. No noise in rooms. Very nice building.
Unfortunately we found on our second day problems at breakfast. There was clearly a problem with staffing. We were with others at the place where we were served very slowly. Only half hours after we got coffee, Irish breakfast appeared after 1 hour. Meanwhile, people who had almost more than we gave up. This was the only downside, but it's very frustrating when people just come in and have the good fortune to sit somewhere else, it once served.
