Very friendly staff. My booking did not include free wifi but the lovely man who checked me in have it to me anyway - very much appreciated :) Clean room and comfortable bed. Lovely decor throughout. Superb location - opposite Gloucester Rd Station and a Pret a Manger and Tescos across the road. Laundromat also within walking distance.
One and only problem was that housekeeping did not replace the tea or sugar most days so had to keep ringing to ask for it.

I felt like a welcomed guest at The Bailey's Hotel. I'd like to acknowledge Gary at the door, Olinda in the Olive Restaurant, and those on the whose pleasant attitudes enhanced my visit. I regret that I failed to get the name of a young man in the breakfast area. He is also an asset to The Bailey's Hotel.
