The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I looked forward to the goodies each night. There's a lovely spa but I couldn't fit it into my tight festive schedule. I highly recommend this hotel because of its close proximity to places of interest. I felt very safe in the area. I also liked the breakfast full English and Continental. Afternoon tea is lovely and the price is comparable with similar hotels. The restaurant and bar are inviting. Excuse the fact that I'm all over the place but I'm waiting for my flight and I wrote as I remember.

I was so pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the hotel was. Everything was pristine and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. It was pricey, but not as pricey as many of the other hotels we considered. I thought it was an old hotel but it looked brand new. I must have just been remodeled. The location was perfect, it was so easy to get everywhere in a cab or the tube.
We were on a budget and the food was very expensive. At the end of the day we didn't always feel like going out.

The hotel was excellent in most respects, especially the friendly staff, location, and cleanliness. The room was smaller than expected for a 5 star hotel, and 1 or 2 minor points in the room could have been better.

Breakfast was expensive, but excellent quality. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make our stay pleasant.
Only the room size was a bit compact, and it was a bit hard to make beverages, with no sliding tray or large table for cups/ kettle.
