Main reason for choosing Sloane Square Hotel: Location

Very pleasant hotel in a wonderful location. Staff attentive and helpful, room slightly small but really marred only by a very small bathroom, most particularly a tiny shower cabinet and a shower that didn't function very well at all.

The hotel, staff and location and the attentiveness of management.

As mentioned above, the poor shower, in terms both of performance and size. We mentioned this to the hotel on check-out who promised to do something about it and we received a follow up email of apology from the manager - a plus point!

Main reason for choosing Sloane Square Hotel: Reputation

When I arrived I was allocated a room. When I opened the door someone else was in occupation. On being reallocated a room, it was 100sq feet and had no outlook. The bed sloped towards the front and was uncomfortable.(It aslo served as a sofa in the room). At 6am it became very noisy (air conditioning plant or the like)

It was convenient to where I wished to go.
