Staff were very friendly and in particular the wine waiter at the bar who advised and pointed us in the right direction.
The music was far too loud from which we could not escape.

Noisy air conditioning with no instructions to alter setting, therefore disturbing sleep!!!!

We felt the room was as good as Premier Inn and no better. The pillows were too hard for us.
