Main reason for choosing Phoenix Hotel: Rate

The location is very good. Streets around are full of restaurants, pubs, shops and hotel is 5 minutes walk from nearist tube station. Room and bathroom were clean annd well-equipped.
My room was in the basement, which was a little bad. Besides i had to wait for a table, when having breakfast, which was quite annoying. Also i expected eggs and sausage for breakfast, but there was no.

Main reason for choosing Phoenix Hotel: Location

The front desk staff were great, very friendly and helpful, and meticulous about recording the many messages which I received during my stay. The room was small but contained everything which I could need, from a kettle, tea, coffee, and cookies, to a hairdrier and a fan. Iron and ironing board appeared promptly on request. The bathroom was very well-decorated and spotlessly clean.

This was my stay at No. 9 on this hotel and I travel back in March 2010, which means I'm very pleased. The hotel is quiet and the location is very good.
