Park Plaza London Riverbank

Nice location, nice lobby, nice room, very no hassle.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and unbeatable value for money. Worth paying the "extra" to have the views of the river and the Houses of Parliament. We would return to this hotel if we returned to London.

Good location, nice modern hotel. Nicely furnished rooms.

The accomodation was great and very clean. Only problem was the noise from the trains but it would not put me off staying here again.

Really impressed with this place. Nice bathroom, unexpected 'gifts', clean and well designed.

Disappointed in the size of the room bearing in mind we booked an executive room. Also there was no trouser press. The advertising also advises that most executive rooms have a river view. I booked three executive rooms for my party with a specific request for a river view and that the rooms be next door to each other. Neither of these requests were met. Another guest booked a standard room and had a front river view!!
