Lovely hotel, great location. 10 mins along the river to London Eye. We had 2 toddlers with us and the couch folded out to 2 full size single beds for them. Breakfast was great. Overall good value and I would stay there again.

An ideally situated Hotel, easily accessed by various forms of transport and very modern styling. Friendly and helpful staff, nice surroundings and good food made our stay very pleasurable.

Modern style foyer with access to top spec. computers.
On last morning we were awoken at 07.50 by workmen in the room above using an assortment of power tools and moving furniture about. We brought this to the attention of the duty manager who asked them to stop but the noise carried on unabaited, marring what was a joyful stay.

Well designed modern hotel with attractive bedrooms in a good location. Very helpful staff

The hotel is well placed just across the road from Lambeth Palace and just a few minutes from the embankment where there are splendid views of the Palace of Westminster

I was happy overall, good staff, good location. I thought the carpet was a bit drab, but nothing serious. In this environment I would not replace the carpet, just keep your prices competitive. 155 pounds a night was as much as I would pay ...

A very good hotel, but the price was too high... For this hotel it's hard to justify app. 200GBP per person per night for a single room.
