This 4 star hotel feels like a 5 star and the Spanish staff are smart, well educated and very friendly without being intrusive. No, it's not cheap, nothing in Central London is, but you feel as though you are getting value for money and good service. It's an easy decision, when we can afford another trip to the Capital, we'll have no hesitation in booking 'The Melia' again. That's the best recommendation we've ever given a Hotel

The kettle with coffee and tea in the room, excellent daily reposition spending.
The rooms are very small, many bed and little room to maneuver. Also the bathroom is very small. Melia had been in years and had very good impression, but now there is a general deterioration, the sizing table and room, lobby rugs and worn sofas in the bar. more or less clean.

Very nice hotel for a affordable price. We choose Royal executive Room for 175 pounds/night and we were not disappointed, it is large and nice. The weak point is the staff service. Room service was (way)too long,no groom for our luggagge. Very well located.
