Otherwise, good hotel, price-quality position in place. We had reservations at the hotel in January.
A couple of minuses, our room on ground floor windows and the room was not closed properly handles were missing, and television work until the last evening.

The fairly rich breakfasts.
The breakfasts are not varied enough (eating for four days the same thing, it's a lot!). The rooms and decor are quite sketchy. The pictures of the rooms are nicer than in reality. The Wi-Fi access is chargeable. The customer requests the time of booking was not taken into account by the hotel.

Absolutely nothing.
The corridors smelt of damp and rotting wood. The bed was amazingly uncomfortable, the springs of the mattress digging into the body. There was no plug for the tiny sink, the view from the window was a skip, two supermarket trolleys and a dumped mattress. The room was badly decorated and the bed clothes smelt and felt as if they had been washed without using detergent. If Premier Inns and Travelodge can provide comfortable and clean rooms for £60, why pay £70 or more to stay at this dump?

Location - near Hendon, which is where I was spending most of the time I was in England.
Rooms are very basic, and the first one we had was tiny, however the next one we moved to was very spacious. However the first morning we were in it there was a leak from the room above and we had water coming into the room. The bathroom did not have a shaver point (but the first one did). The room was not very clean around the skirting board.
The hotel is popular because it is cheap, however, my wife said that she would not want to stay there again.
