We stayed at this hotel on previous occasions. Lovely hotel, convenient and very comfortable. Friendly staff, before our arrival and during our stay, made our outing very enjoyable. Can highly recommend this hotel.
No dislikes, everything was spot on!

The bed was very comfy and the location was good. Even though it in the centre of London, I could hardly hear any traffic noise.
The downside was that my room was near the lift and stairs and all I could hear were people coming and going all night. I did ask to be moved, which staff did do quickly.

The location was great and the Cafe Rouge was a nice place to have breakfast. We had dinner one evening but the food was fair and expensive for the quality. The staff was the highlight of our experience as they were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
We had a car as we had driven around the midlands and Greenwich was the last stop on our journey. We discovered that there was an additional charge of 15 pounds per day, which we paid, but it could have been included in the price of the room.
