It was very clean and the staff were very helpful
The pillows were a bit hard, softer pillows would be a better option, or at least one of them and possibly more pillows on a double bed

Friendly welcome, wonderful location and our room was spotlessly clean. We loved the close proximity to service so we could explore London, but the location was also quiet at night so we slept wonderfully and my friend and I both felt very safe walking around on our own which as 2 ladies is important. A lovely holiday, THANK YOU!
My friend would have liked terrestrial TV at least without having to pay for it, just so she could watch the news. But we had books so it was fine!

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Wir waren zu einem Konzert in der O2 Arena. Eine super Verbindung mit der Emirates Air Leine. In die Innenstadt sind wir jeden Tag mit dem River Bus gefahren. Einfach toll!
Die Aussicht aus der 4.Etage in den Hinterhof war nicht so toll. Man konnte noch nicht mal sehen, ob die Sonne scheint.
