The rooms are comfortable and spotless and the staff are wonderful. The location of this hotel is excellent - the tube is a couple of doors away - there's even a very handy supermarket next door. It's a vibrant, and safe, location. My how the East end has cleaned up it's act!
The bar ran out of mint leaves for my Mojito cocktail. However, the fantastic bar staff quicky subbed in a Tom Collins so no real complaint!

This hotel is in an excellent location, a few doors from Aldgate East station, take exit number two. Lots of staff, all friendly and efficient. I really like the foyer, I sit there and rest or read as it has lots of light. It's a nice place to have a drink at the end of a London day. This is the third time I have stayed here, it's good. And I feel safe there.

информация о включении/невключении в стоимость номера завтрака при бронировании отеля отсутствует, что в ряде случаев приводит к недоразумениям

La proximité du métro et du tower bridge. Très bon petit déjeuner
Il manque des chaines françaises.

A localização. Antipatia da parte de uma recepcionista indiana
O facto de não terem avisado antecipadamente que estava em obras ( começa a ser hábito nos IBIS . Em Dezembro , em Paris no Ibis Sacré Coeur foi no entanto bem mais grave ... o pior Ibis de sempre !

Very peaceful once inside the hotel. An extremely comfortable bed. I also liked the 12 noon checkout time
