Holiday Inn Express London - Greenwich, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was was very pleasant and we generally enjoyed our stay

We had a very good stay at the Express, the staff were all very friendly and smartly dressed, the hotel is obvioulsy well managed. The Hotel is kept very clean, including hallways and lifts. Noise levels at night are very low, only traffic if you keep your window open. Breakfast was good but would have liked a choice of continental and cooked.....for the money! Our room was clean and we could see the O2 from the window which was great! We chose this Hotel purely because of location to the O2 arena, it is an easy walk and safe to do late at night. We would definately book again, but would like a bigger room.

Very confortable room, we stayed one night only and, if it had not been for engineering works on the Jubilee line, would have been easy to get to from waterloo. Walked to the O2 for a show, 15mins, bus only 5 mins and very regular.

Pleasently surprised by cleanliness and attitide of staff. Very pleased with hotel.

On my first stay, I was disapointed to find the toilet had no seat cover, which I found unpleasent, as I like my toilet seats down at all times, and the lack of shower tray meant water spread nearly as far as the door whilst showering. I was not pleased with the bathroom at all. However my second stay was much better, no complaints at all.
