We were agreeably surprised by the many choices at breakfast, and it seemed rather more than a continental breakfast. The room was very comfortable, and the heating system fine.
Its location. It may be because we are the age we are (I am over 70), but we found the walk to West Brompton tube station a little bit demanding. But this is a comparatively minor point.

The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with lots of hot food in fact all you could need, here again the staff were very obliging. Our family used this as a base for a family reunion and we were all very with the facilities and accomodation in this hotel.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly
It was our 25th Wedding anniversay and when I booked the the hotel it looked totally different from the photo on the internet and to be honest I was disappointed when I saw it. Also it says Holiday Inn Express Earls Court - we got off the underground at earls court and ended up walking about 2 miles to get to the hotel carry a heavy bag - I was fairly annoyed when I reached the hotel especially as we passed an underground station nearer to the hotel.Disappointed there was no food in the hotel apart from the breakfast - no bar food etc.

La cercanía a líneas de metro que llevan fácilmente al centro de Londres, sin demasiados transbordos.
Desayuno poco variado. Muy justas para cuatro personas, aun siendo dos niños.
No dispone de armario y no reponían las toallas que quitaban, por lo que siendo cuatro en la habitación dificultaba el aseo.

Das Personal war sehr sehr nett! Adaptor konnte ich mir ausborgen, mit Infos zu Sightseeing etc. wurde ich auch versorgt. Betten von der Härte waren ok. Es sind billige Betten, aber für ein paar Tage no problem! Lage des Hotels ist auch ganz ok. Frühstück ist ausreichend und ein Automat versorgt mit Snacks und Hygieneartikeln.
Die nächtlichen Zimmergeräusche haben mich in der ersten Nacht lange wachgehalten!! Es hat alle paar Sekunden laut geknirscht, ich nehme an von den Halogenlampen auf der Bettlehne oder so. Sehr unangenehm, trotz Ohrstöpsel. Das habe ich auch noch nie erlebt. Ich habe schließlich das Bett ans andere Ende des Zimmers verschoben (Bett ist federleicht!!)und dann kam auch schon bald der Schlaf. In der zweiten Nacht war ich so müde, dass ich ganz bald eingeschlafen bin und gut geschlafen habe. Aber in beiden Nächten wurde ich von der Klimaanlage/Heizung aufgeweckt. Die hat in den frühen Morgenstunden zu brummen angefangen. Die wurde dann aber eben abgestellt, dann wars wieder ruhig. Von den Nachbarn habe ich gar nichts gehört, obwohl in den direkt anschließenden Zimmern Gäste waren. Das war schön. Das nächste Mal würde ich ein anderes Hotel nehmen (wg meinem Schlaf), das Ibis ein paar Schritte weiter hat auch ganz nett ausgesehen.
