The lobby of the hotel looks nice and the staff at reception were very helpful.
The apartments are listed as 4 star. Maybe the lobby would pass as 4 star but the minute you move through the doors of the lobby into the narrow corridor towards the lifts you realise that you are in a 3 star establishment. I do not think it's worth the price you pay and would not stay there again.

Location of the hotel very well.
Children's bed is not on our arrival, dilapidated bathroom (there was even mold on the ceiling and walls, No external components (although the room looked out on the street floor) and venetian interior damaged, forced to make a fortune with curtains pillowcases.

It's in a very quiet and beautiful parts of London near Portobello Road market and many shops close by to enjoy this neighborhood
Do not clean the room every day, but the general cleanliness of the hotel is very good, we had to ask for towels and soap pq to not clean every day did not realize that we needed those things. The right staff but something nasty (but that is something of characters)

Situation
I paid for three nights to the reservation but I was obliged to shorten my stay of one night, so I informed my arrival this early departure (outstanding) and requested and received little défeuné Free 9 book. Also we would have to be 4 people and we could only come 2.I had to leave the room in the morning because it was resold, so I asked one night free for a next visit, I never had response and still waiting. This hotel was rented apartment 2 times man! can you do for me? thank you
