The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Tea was wonderful and very interesting. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, which made it a great treat.
The room was much too hot, even with the radiators turned off, the window open (only a little) and the air conditioning on! The people in the adjoining room were continually rowing, very loudly, which was horrible. The room and bathroom were tired and needed updating, which was a shame.

We love to stay here. Each visit to London we stay at the Claridges hotel. Great service, great spa, great gym and breakfast is at the service you expect it to be. Doorman are old school style and quality, Liftman are impeccable and the bar is superb. Great restaurants nearby. Do visit the "Petit Maison" around the corner. Gerat lunch spot

Claridges in Mayfair, London is a fantastic hotel, I stay there every time and always a pleasure. Old school high quality service and spacious rooms in London terms. Gordon Ramsay restaurant, concierge and super almost always an upgrade at check-in. Mayfair Ideal as a base for museums, shopping and sightseeing. Quality Hotel!

Really great old school hotel. So that means, real service (high Level), quality rooms (spacious), good amenities and bath products from luxurious Asprey! Very central located in Mayfair. Always the place for me. Very near the auction houses, museums and attractions.

The Gordon Ramsey restaurant in the hotel is really outstanding. Very nice and happening bar. ver extensive champagne menue by the glass.
Spa is very expensive
