Blue Bells

The room shakes when the U-Bahn herfährt every few minutes with the hotel, that you have about 4 hours (0-4am) to sleep undisturbed Vorrausgesetzt, there is no one floor over it all night up and down, as was the case with us. Because the ceiling has creaked so loud that you could not sleep well. The bed sheets had stains were. The floor and ceiling had stains. The night tables had eaten something that looked as if about to give someone there. The kettle was still water in it. The towels are extremely smelly. The tiles in the bathroom were dirty and the shower head so calcified that we have not showered. On the bathroom window (right next to the toilet at the same height) was not a curtain, so that one has felt observed, even if only a narrow path and a house were over. The breakfast was very poor and it has held up empty jam jars with burnt toast get it. In addition, only about 4 or 5 tables are there. Far too little for all the guests. The first morning we had to wait long for a place. On 2 Day we went to eat somewhere else. The staff speaks almost impossible for a. Once in the evening when we returned to the room we had wanted to wait 10 minutes, until the master had finished eating at us for it then to hand over our keys. Are on the 1st floor is the bedding stacked to the ceiling in a small room and sees more than just from unhygienic. The bathroom has no soap, towels and still stinks. A hostel would have been definitely better than this hotel and the money I was very annoyed.

Location!

The staff was unfriendly. Rooms weren't as shown on pictures and carpets were disgusting and rooms over all felt really dirty. As a family we have been travelling a lot and we aren't fussy, but we were a little disappointed. It would be nice to see a few smiles from the staff too.

Spacious room with refrigerator. Super neighborhood close to everything.

Poor soundproofing, including the Metro passes underneath but nothing insurmountable to sleep.

The first floor lounge and location in a beautiful neighborhood.

I liked the room, was very comfortable, the location of the hotel was very convenient and close to the center. Also the area of the hotel was very good;I didn't feel uncomfortable to walk around as a stranger

I didn't like the service of the staff very much. Very poor If someone has issues with sleeping, the underground passes under the hotel and can be disturbing. I didn't mind it though

BAD!! small room, not even for the bathroom windows, spartanissima and Breakfast very average. wifi connection does not exist on the upper floors. passage of noisy subway, dirty blankets, but having a window wall!!

Lauter fridge in the room. We have switched it off.
