Its location, comfort of the room.
Compared to other hotel in the same category or higher, 200 euros is very expensive for a room which is not unique. The soundproofing is poor, especially when your neighbor is washing his hands at two o'clock in the morning.

We spent four nights at the hotel in August. Everything about the stay was perfect, the hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, we could not have asked for anything more. We will definitely be returning.

Very friendly service minded staff at breakfast. This was also very good.
I do not like when I'm closest to have to argue with the reception. I had a booking of 8 rooms, and is the only one who has been in contact with the hotel when booking. Nevertheless, one special price placed on one of the others. This was difficult to achieve. One should not say "can not" when it comes to "will not".
