The location, the helpfulness of the staff, the comfort of the room
Not enough room in the car park - but did have a convenient and reasonably priced multi-storey car park nearby so it was not a huge issue.

The room was super, with plenty of space for my parents and I. being able to have our breakfast in the room, and make our toast and drinks in our own little kitchen was so relaxing.We were going to a concert at the arena, and so were delighted to be so close.
It is a very small point, but I was sleeping in the lounge part of our suite, and would have liked to of had the lamps on without the overhead light on too.
