I loved the location of my room, I was on the top floor facing the Albert Dock and so I had a fantastic view from my room.

I enjoyed my stay there
Just one thing the tv in the room had only 3 stations and the sound on it was poor other wise the hotel was great i have stayed their on several times

On arrival at the hotel we were allocated room 217. We entered the room to find it occupied. Luckily there was no one in there or a very unsavoury incident could have ensued. We eventually settled into room 208 to find the bath had not been cleaned thouroughly. As you will understand we will not be returning to Jurys Inn hotel again.

Staff were very welcoming and informative especially given the conditions outside that night, my wife and I were really pleased with there response to questions re were to eat, parking facilities etc.
Yes just one point we stayed in room 538 and I booked a double, why was there a single bed with a double bed in this room ?
