VIP Executive Art's

Modern style hotel with nice rooms. Service could be improved: minibar empty,e ven after request to fill it up, breakfast was of very bad quality for a 4-star hotel, cheap products, limited choice, bad service.

The room was very good. However, we spent the night at the hotel, there was a convention of Tupperware. Participants in this convention have spent all night walking from room to room and making noise. The hotel staff did nothing to prevent it.

Staff was nice, but the could do lots more. It was really loud all night long, we had to call the reception. There is a coffee place missing the bar is only open in the evening.

I was very satisfied during my stay at Vip Art's, the hotel was very comfortable and the staff were ever so helpful, it was close to a large shopping centre and it was easy to access anywhere in town betwen taxis the metro and bus

My experience is that I would stay at your hotel even next time I will go to Lisbon :)

It was a clean and nice modern hotel. It is convenient if you are visiting this modern part of the city(orient, vasco de gama shopping station, oceania, expo sites). If you like to visit central city, you should prefer another hotel with a central location.

Ok for the hotel, but we had a problem when leaving in the morning, I payed cash the evening when we arrived and the following morning the staff asked me to pay again 87 €, no trace of paiement......, it 's very enervating when your are in hurry in the morning. I hope it does not happen often

Very courteous staff... They were most obliging in helping to organising a last minute evening meal for a large group at the last moment in Lisbon city centre. Breakfast buffet in Hotel Vip Arts is hard to beat. I am certainly going to go back. My stay there made my stay in Lisbon very comfortable.
