They made me pay 42 (forty) euros for two phone calls from the room on a freephone number (0800). There was no way to pay and that day (Saturday morning) the hotel manager was not in place. Also the girl at the front desk refused to call is handed over to the phone. In addition, the room was not clean and the breakfast quite poor. Do not go for any reason, they are thieves.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff very welcoming. The bed is very comfortable.
Too little space in closets and cupboards. Lack of hooks to the bathroom.

We were 11 people with a family and wanted the last morning together at a breakfast table and end of our stay in lisbon. although we had booked the night before proved to be impossible, and I believe ran onto a staff member a little blond boy in the breakfast room. staff at the reception and others were quite appropriate but this gentleman was downright unfriendly.

All Staff very helpful
1) No iron and ironing board - realize the room is small to have in each room, but should have someting with front desk that we could borrow.
2) Air conditioning unit is right under desk and right across from the bed head board - poor location if you are doing work on your computer or sleeping on that side of the bed.
3) Saturday night room charge 2.4 times the rest of the nights - I can understand raising prices when the city is busy, but when staying 6 nights there needs to be some "balance" or fairness.
