The location is excellent and the facilities are correct. It was also noted the commitment of some officials who often can minimize the failure of some sectors.

Possibly by insufficient staff, the service proves to be incompatible with the level that the hotel intends to present. On arrival, we had to wait longer than normal to remove the bags. The next day, the precarious set the tone for breakfast at eight o'clock and thirty. Since the room was full, had to wait long for replacement plates, cutlery and glassware. The orange juice was of poor quality, as well as scrambled eggs. It should be noted also that the cooling system was not efficient to combat the heat of early summer in Lisbon.

The conditions of the room was nice and comfortable.

They gave me exactly what did not order, two single beds and the alternate was paying € 125 more for another room. I was awakened at 08 am at the cleaners ... will not be back for sure!

The staff were very efficient and courteous. The room was clean, though a bit small. However it was too hot at night (there was a plastic matress cover which didnt help)and when the window was left open the traffic noise was very loud, so unfortunately we didnt have a good sleep.

Was pleasantly surprised with the Hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, which makes a vast difference. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and of good quality.

That there was a lovely breakfast to look forward to in the mornings.
