Silence.
The room I was assigned in 1001 shows traces of high humidity on the corner near the wardrobe. The first night I noticed that the dryer did not work and this failure was communicated to the employee room. On reaching the quarter on the second night, I removed the dryer wall mounted bracket to make sure it had been arranged, to which I came across a new situation. The dryer stopped working not even placed on the support of rest. Access to the room after leaving the lift required to move by steps due to the fact that an elevator is out of service. I think that Hotel Berna needs some work.

The friendliness of the staff was wonderful, though just go to sleep.
Only a recommendation to make, for guests wishing a cable internet in the room to operate, does not exist. This was my case and by the time we are experiencing I think is important should not have wireles in rooms, but otherwise I enjoyed the hospitality. Without suvida recommend that if you ask me to see hotel.

Good room, Staff very attentive to customers.
Need to be replaced by Puff chair to be able to suspend the time to change pants. Provide a cable to cable Internet. Lack a place to stay the towels in the bathroom and that is not out of the Box
