Hotel Real Palacio

Excellent Hotel with extras such as reasonably priced garage parking underneath, wonderful spa facilities and general luxury ambience throughout. The buffet breakfasts were of an extremely high standard and all members of staff within the hotel were courteous and helpful.

THE 4 out of 10 on comfort is due to the fact that the beds are of very poor quality, but really bad quality. Mattresses are very hard and this is inconceivable. Some customers may want the bedding but hard that those wanting soft mattress can be met, this is not the case because all the bedding at this hotel are all the same and this will prevent us from returning to this hotel.

It was a great hotel - very clean and comfortable with nice little extras e.g. chocolate on the bed each night

Verry plesant hotel, helpfull and service minded personel. Breaskfast was complete. the morning coffee and thea can be much better, but verry nice freh fruit. The location near a metrostation gives you a quick transport to the city center.
