No tiene facilidades de wi fi inaceptable para un hotel de esta categoria, cobran hasta por pesar la maleta

Todo en general. Las habitaciones muy amplias. La cama estupenda. El desayuno mas que sufociente y variado. Si vuelvo a Lisboa, este es moi hotel.

The hotel itself was comfortable.
The staff don't seem to have been trained in customer service. Also the coffee I had in the cafe downstairs was undrinkable.

Clean, comfortable room.
I requested a room that was on one of the lower floors and was given a 7th floor room which seemed rather high.
