The staff, were very helpful. I felt very well looked after, safe and not so alone. The location was great for me since it is only a 10 min. walk to the bus station and the breakfast offered is more than I could eat!.

Staff very friendly, location exellent.
Room was fine but bathroom needs a make over badly. Shelf over sink not a great idea my husband nearly took his head off when he was trying to shave. Toilet wasn't working properly. At breakfast was told skim milk was provided but it wasn't orange juice well watered down.
