Great National South Court Hotel

I was extremely disappointed that I had no internet connection in my room and it was not made available when I complained. The fee for internet connection is included in the overall price of the rooms. I used your premises as the advertising said free internet connection in all rooms. This is a necessity for my job to answer emails in the evenings. I shall be looking to stay elsewhere in a hotel that DOES have internet connection for my next stay in Limerick,

One hotel to avoid. I was very very disappointed with this hotel. This is the first time I have written such a negative review of a hotel as I am not difficult to please. I stay in hotels all over Ireland and this is by far the worst, although not the cheapest.Do they train their staff?

This hotel has deteriorated significantly in the last few years, it now seems to cater mostly for coachtours and the bar is a horror of 'traditional' style - where is the modern comfortable lounge to relax in? I will try to avoid staying here again. staff were surly and incompetent, from messing up payment to very slow drinks service. The room was cold with no visible means of adjusting the temperature.
