Clayton Hotel Limerick

As I told your reception that when my wife got her car, no one informed her to get it "stamped' at a machine that was located in the parking garage with a small sign saying "hotel guests should stamp tickets before exiting". As a result she had to get out of her car to get it stamped. She did so 3 times and the exit gate kept telling her that her ticket had expired. She finally went to the glassed in area and hit the intercom button a number of times when no one responded she tapped on the window and some gal came out of the back screaming at her that she was going to call the police on her if she ever banged on that window again.... My wife explained that she couldn't get out of the garage and had cars backed up behind her and was trapped. Woman asked for registration number and then did something that let my wife leave. Terrible experience. No excuse for treating someone so hatefully and rudely.

Nice new hotel with a great view of the river and city. The staff was very helpful and the room was well appointed. I would definitely stay there again.
