Mount Errigal Hotel Conference & Leisure Centre

Public areas food swimming pool and staff were very nice but the bedroom was tired especially the beds which are well past retirement. the room needed thorough cleaning and new shower head.

Very large room (we could ride a bike in). Very clean. Staff super nice. Located next to the road but the double glazing is very thick and it's quiet. Irish Breakfast at will. Access to the pool / sauna / steam room / Jacuzzi is included in the price. I go back without hesitation. The only disappointment came from eurobookings who did not tell the hotel that I had already paid! Flick of stress but it is quickly resolved.

This is a huge hotel, and a bit of a barn really. It could do with a lick of paint and the carpets are looking a bit shoddy. The restaurant area is big and grim. The bar is not bad and the lobby area. The rooms are big and basic. Definitely only a 3 star hotel.

Although I had to cancel the booking, due to illness, I have stayed in the Mount Errigal Hotel before and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Letterkenny.
