Large room with kitchen facilities. Everything was new and well done. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good in a very nice room with tables with cloth napkins. Location was excellent, near to center, train station and Tourist office. Leipzig was an excellent place to visit. Will recommend to friends.
Just that when arriving were not informed about parking near train station for 3 euros per day. Instead told about nearby parking which would have been 15-20 per day. Later saw that parking near station was recommended in brochure about hotel.

Good hotel to stay in super location with good price.
The bathtub sealing dissolved. Showerhead slaughter defective am (splashing water out), the intermediate doors along the corridor could with the room numbers as "interconnecting" program the still. She saw the 3rd floor just like a hotel room door.

In the next morning after our arrival night, a fire accident happened in the building and the alarm awakened me. I slept very late at around 2:30 am that morning, expected to have a very nice sleep but, very unluckily, was awakened at about 7:30 am by the alarm. The room rate was very good, the room was spacious, nice and quiet, the staff service was excellent, the breakfast was fantastic, but the alarm ruined everything. I am wondering if there is any compensation for that?

The city is a very nice one and really suitable for a leisure visit. The hotel's location was very good. It was quiet and its staff, particular the night shift staff, served us very well. The breakfast was really good.

Staff friendly but inexperienced. Maid service very slow. Hotel not function effectively. House badly soundproofed. Breakfast very minimalist, no butter and no bread !!!!! I do not return to this hotel. ... 4 stars inadequate

New clean room
Incomplete service. Breakfast simplistic.
