Great location for us as son at Uni. and we regularly visit. Have tried various city centre hotels. Price we paid was excellent. Service was pretty poor in restaurant on Sat. evening, but putting this down to it being Valentine's Day, didn't realise this when we booked. Disappointed that when we got there all the facilites that were advertised were actually at local David Lloyd, not on site as intimated, not sure if we will return, although looking for a regular place to stay as son at Leeds for the next five or six years, so will be travelling up from London often.

Stayed in room 272 which had a strange window because it was part of the roof and made the room seem very dowdy and dim. Bed was very comfortable and room quiet as requested, bathroom was very hot and couldn't turn radiator down.

Lack of space in the room and especially the bed. Not worthy of 4 star status in our opinion.

We have been very little time in the room but the hotel has met our expectations: no frills, but comfortable, with a good environment, although a little expensive.

Very good hotel. Great to have the internet access free of charge and the access to the David Lloyd Centre,

I was impressed with the hotl appearence and atmosphere, the staff were very helpful and polite.

Excellent location; friendly and helpful staff; delicious evening meal and the breakfast had a good selection of choices for all tastes.
