The staff were very helpful when I reqested assistance as my car was 'iced up' due to the very heavy snowfall we had experienced. The room was nicely equiped with the usual toiletries and tea/coffee facilities.

The catch on the refrigerator was broken and we were, therefore, unable to use it.

The location for the airport is fantastic, 5, 10 minutes in the taxi. The staff were very helpful and the rooms and hotel overall were very clean and comfortable. We have no complaints and would definitely use it again.

Comfortable and convenient

As an airport hotel, I expected it to have a free, or cheap airport shuttle. It was necessary for us to reserve a taxi and pay 6 pounds. The hotel appeared to cater more for the tour bus market than the air traveller.
