The hotel was clean and the staff were very pleasant - especially in the restaurant. Other reviews state the food was overpriced but we felt it was very tasty and worth the price, from starter to dessert! The beds were very comfortable though space around the toilet was limited. The lack of a lift may be an issue if you were to stay for a week and have to climb to the top floor every night!
The lack of a lift/elevator could create a problem, especially if you have mobility problems. The staff would probably help with luggage if asked but if you have bad hips/knees, make sure you ask for a room on the lowest floor!
