The setting and the character of the hotel is lovely. We stayed for our wedding anniversary (as we held our wedding reception there last year) and we hope to continue with this tradition every year. The hotel drinks and food is quite expensive however you are paying for the whole castle experience which is worth it.

The setting was beautiful, would have liked to have time to play golf and check out the surrounding areas.
Not really, it was just a bit of a walk to the Cottages and the Courtyard but to be expected in an old building.

The service was excellent and our room was so warm and comfortable despite the fact that it was minus 10 degrees outside that night.
