Good breakfast, car parking behind the hotel, fairly easy access to central Stockholm, as we have lived with you, I think four times is probably the most good.

The building and facilities are impressive. The accommodation roomy and comfortable. The location and the breakfast excellent.

The desk staff may have had a problem communicating (I speak English and have no German so I'm implicated in the problem). The room seemed to be cleaned only superficially and we had no bath towels for 2 consecutive days. When I phoned reception the first night this happened the staff person said she was on her own and couldn't bring fresh towels. On the second night -still no towels- I went down to reception and was given one large bath towel. I asked for a second large towel and the staff person said he'd bring the other one to our room later. He didn't. In spite of the carelessness over customer satisfaction manifested by the staff in this odd chain of events, I'd none the less recommend the hotel to friends - it was relatively inexpensive, well appointed and very well located.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

I was lucky to stay on your promotion period and enjoyed a free buffet in the evening. For someone who came for a conference (and the Documentta) it was very convience to have dinner at the hotel (and free of charge). The other thing I liked was the safty felling I had within the hotel including my room.
